Play with Jesus today

As I watched children playing at a playground next to our city library, Jesus brought the following to mind; Faith of a little child (Matt 18:2-4). Children aren’t all caught up with what they’re supposed to “do” or “accomplish”, rather they’re busy enjoying their parents & friends while they learn, eat and play together (Acts 2:42).

Walking in the kingdom of God is simple...we make it so hard...on ourselves & others.

Play with Jesus today...really...play with Him.

as i brainstorm activities i'd like to try, ideas for the future, and mess i feel compelled to complete, I often mesh God with the latter, as much as any other area...making our relationship much more difficult, even tedious, than it really is. I don't have to be a freakin scholar. He has given me all that I need for life. I know how to know people, therefore, i know how to know him (and that works great vice versa :)-and he's so much easier to get along with ;) While the 'work' and 'difficulty' of relationships are so prevalent, it's important to remind ourselves that knowing and enjoying Christ is simple. Playtime continues...
