Vacation rambling

Conquerors of Angel Island's Mt. Livermore 781' high...and we biked/hiked every single one of them.

The Courtyard of Francis Ford Copola's winery in Napa

We went to Shakespeare @ Stinson beach were three guys do all of Shakespeare's 37 plays in 97 minutes...we laughed so hard we cried.

dude...that bridge was windy

A bird's eye view of Tiburon (where we stayed) from about 1/2 way up Angel Island's Mt. Livermore

Grape vines and some nuts in Yountville (near Napa)

and that's not even the biggest one (Muir woods)

Sailing was our biggest adventure...it looks pretty now...but there's a reason they call it 'hurrican alley'

The Watersedge hotel back deck. Usually you can see the city across the bay...dad gum fog.

A park sign posted at the Bootjack trailhead where we started our trek into down into the Muir woods canyon...the second paragraph reads; "Keep children clost as mountain lion are especially drawn to them"...yikes.

Just after lift-off. Heather with her mommy.

that's some big ol' cable holding up the golden gate bridge.

Sunny and sailing as we left Tiburon

Sam's cafe is a must...It's got one of very few public piers for folks to 'pull up' and grab a bite.

Quite a different perspective

Rick,

I love the photos. It does look like it was action packed, but those kind of memories will stay with your children forever. Thanks for sharing.

Your friend,
Jae

Sweet pics dude. A thought on the fog (at least whenever I find myself in it). Tuesday's convo at the coffee shop rocked--still chewin' on it.
